As one of the foremost royalty auditors in the world Bevis & Co have worked with music royalties and record royalties for almost 40 years.

Chris Bevis, owner of Bevis & Co, started in the music industry in 1975 having qualified as a chartered accountant in Southampton, with Deloitte & Co.

He then spent 7 years at Chrysalis Group working as finance director of the Record Company for part of the time. As a royalty manager he developed his experience in music royalties and record royalties. He progressed to work with artists such as Blondie, Leo Sayer, Jethro Tull, Ten Years After, Spandau Ballet and Ultravox.

Following his time at Chrysalis he joined Sky Channel in 1982 and became a Financial Controller of the satellite television company leaving in 1986 having enjoyed his time working with Rupert Murdoch.
